In November, 2009, Shanghai, China, Lydia accepted an accountant job with a Solar Company located in South San Francisco;’ with manufacturing facilities located in Shanghai. Lydia was required to travel to China in working with the local offices in preparing the auditors from the United States for the purpose of SEC reporting requirements.
